My artistic journey began since childhood and has led me to delve into various concepts of identity and self. Through it all, I have attempted to pay homage to some of the Arab world’s most revered cultural icons in ways that visually reflect my passion for Arabic music, calligraphy, architecture, and fashion. This passion has provided me with many opportunities to get my message across- by exhibiting my work both locally and globally like designing the poster for the Franco Arab Film Festival’s 24th edition, creating album covers for Haifa Kamal’s EDM project, an invitation by Harvard University to exhibit my art at their annual Arab Conference in 2019, and my first solo exhibition in December of the same year My goal remains to spotlight the beauty of our culture to the world, particularly when it comes to the representation of Arab women.
بدأت رحلتي مع الفن منذ الطفولة، رحلة اكتشاف الذات و الهوية دفعتني لعكس انتمائي و حبي لثقافتنا العربية و موروثنا الفني عن طريق رسم أيقونات الفن العربي من الزمن الجميل بطريقة معاصرة تجمع كل ما احب من موسيقى،خط،عمارة و ازياء بصورة مرئية. شغفي اتاح لي العديد من الفرص لإيصال رسالتي وعرض اعمالي محليا و دوليا مثل تصميم ملصق مهرجان الأفلام الفرنسيَّة- العربيَّة في نسخته الرابعة والعشرين في الأردن. وتصميم غلاف ألبوم الفنَّانة الأردنيَّة هيفاء كمال. وفي عام 2019م، تلقَّي دعوةً من جامعة هارفرد للمشاركة في عرض أعمالي الفنِّيَّة في المؤتمر العربيِّ السنويّ، و اخيرا افتتاح معرضي الشخصيِّ الأوَّل في شهر كانون الأوَّل/ديسمبر من العام نفسه. يبقى هدفي هو تسليط الضوء على الجزء الجميل من ثقافتنا للعالم و تحديدا ابراز دور المرأة العربية.
